This year's Eastern Harps Cul Camp for boys and girls aged 6-13 will take place July 9th-13th at Gurteen Community Pitch. You can get full details of the camp and register your child at www.kelloggsculcamps.gaa.ie. If your child is registered before June 4th they will receive their kit in advance of the camp starting.

Our annual club draw with prizes totalling €22,000 take places again this year in the Travellers Rest on Sunday May 20th. The draw costs €5 per week throughout the year and can be paid monthly by Direct Debit, cash or cheque. Direct Debit forms are available from any club member. Proceeds from the draw go directly to the day to day running costs of the club.

As the 20th Anniversary of the tragic drowning in Strandhill of Tommy Coyle, Michael Higgins, and Bobby Taylor occurs in May this year, the club have organised a remembrance mass to be held in Gurteen church on Saturday May 19th at 6pm.

Best wishes to Keash playground committee on the opening of their fantastic facility which will be a huge enhancement for the area.

The Knockvicar Bog Loop Walk is scheduled for Sunday 19th May where everyone is asked to meet at 9.30am at Ardcarne Garden Centre. Carpooling to walk location at 9.45am. For more information please text Catherine on 0871720236.

Our senior men are away to Shamrock Gales at 7pm in round 5 of the league.

Our Junior men play St. Marys on Sunday at 2pm in Gurteen.

Our U12 girls beat Tourlestrane by 2 points in an epic battle in Gurteen on Friday evening.

Well done to Orlaith Connolly and Lisa Powell who played midfield on the U16 Sligo team that won a Connacht title against Leitrim last Friday.

Congratulations to Morgan McCormack, Paul Taylor, Mark Cosgrove and Nigel Clancy who were part of the Sligo Masters squad that beat their London counterparts last Saturday in London.

Bingo continues every Friday night at 8.30pm in Gurteen Hall. Jackpot is €2,000 in 46 calls or less. The in house lotto is €400.

Keash pitch is now currently closed where essential maintenance is taking place after the harsh winter/spring conditions.
